C.E. Solutions accepts credit/debit cards, checks and cash. Pay online, by mail, by telephone, or in person.

Credit/Debit Cards (No PayPal Account Needed)
After you click on the “Make Payment Online” link, it will take you to a payment screen that is PayPal (because it is PayPal that processes my payments from any credit or debit card used). You will click on the link that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” which takes you to a screen that allows you to type in your Credit or Debit card securely through the protection of PayPal. Your charge will appear on the credit/debit card statement you use. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make an online payment using a credit/debit card.

Checking Account Transfer (PayPal Account Req'd)
Online credit/debit card payments are processed through this website using PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make an online payment using a credit/debit card. However, if you wish to pay online with your checking account a PayPal account is required.
